CANCELLATIONS BY THE USER
In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason.
As part of usual business practice, we will not refund the amount.
A customer can redeem the amount transferred for some other outfit. To be eligible For credit note your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with Tags , and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not exchange or facilitate return or credit note for articles purchased in Sale. It is advised to refer our standard size chart as displayed on the product page.
A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 (twenty four) hours of making the order on the Site.
If you need to arrange a cancellation pickup, please contact our customer care to schedule it. Kindly note that the pickup will be chargeable, and the cost will be informed at the time of booking the pickup service.
CREDIT NOTE PROCESS
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, we will issue a credit note for the value of the purchase (excluding any shipping or pickup charges). The credit note can be redeemed for any future purchase on our site and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
